We are looking for a demand Planner. The role focuses on administrative and analytical tasks to ensure efficient demand and supply planning. This role includes using specialized tools (e.g. Arkieva, PowerBI, Tableau) to analyze historical data, forecast demand, and manage Demand Planning cycles. Own and lead the Demand Planning processes and data for their part of their portfolio.

Responsibilities

Analyze historical data to identify demand patterns and clear exceptions.
Review and fine-tune Statistical Forecast in the Arkieva tool.
Support the collaborative forecast entry process by being the first point of contact/support to the RMMs. Challenge their inputs. Improve data quality in alignment with the RMMs.
Prepare and lead Demand Review Meetings to align forecasts and performance across stakeholders.
Daily monitoring and discussing conversion of forecast into Sales Orders during the month.
Prepare and lead Regional discussions on SCP performance (Demand & Supply KPIs).
Create and align (strategic) Purchasing Plan with Supply Planning team.
Support Purchasing Team with replenishment decisions based on their request.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Logistics, or a related field (equivalent work experience also considered).
1-3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, logistics, or inventory management (internships or relevant roles in customer service, purchasing, or sales support can also be valuable).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and identify trends.
Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving.
Ability to challenge inputs and drive data-driven decision-making.
Prior experience working in the plastics, polymers, or chemical industry.
Fluency in English
