Resinex Polska is a leading distributor of polymers and elastomers in Europe, offering tailored solutions and expert support across industries such as automotive, construction, and consumer goods. The company combines technical expertise with local service, ensuring fast deliveries and personalized assistance through its strategically located warehouses and customer portal.

As our organization continues to grow, we are currently looking for candidates to join us in the role of ACCOUNTANT, based in Warsaw, Poland.

 Your main tasks will include:

  • Verification of the formal and accounting accuracy of financial documents in a company with a production and commercial profile
  • Recording accounting documents in the system based on the Accounting Act
  • Managing trade settlements for a group of entities (bank statements, prepayments, overpayments, balances)
  • Participating in month-end and year-end closing processes, as well as in balance sheet preparation
  • Preparing reports for GUS (Central Statistical Office), JPK VAT, CIT, and group reporting
  • Document entry in accounting software such as SAP S/4HANA and JD Edwards

Required Profile

  • Several years of experience in an independent accounting role (experience in a production-oriented company will be an asset)
  • Relevant educational background (accounting, finance)
  • Practical knowledge of accounting and tax regulations
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Effective communication skills with employees from other departments
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time efficiently
