Digital Content & Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Content & Marketing Specialist to join our European Marketing team and help strengthen Resinex's digital presence and customer engagement across Europe.

In this role, you will manage and develop digital content across our website, product platforms and Resinex Academy, while supporting digital marketing campaigns, SEO initiatives and performance analysis. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Management and colleagues across Europe, you will help translate business priorities into engaging digital experiences that support our commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Create, update and manage website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with Resinex brand guidelines.
  • Maintain product information, supplier brand pages and application content across digital platforms, with a focus on SEO and customer experience.
  • Manage the Resinex Academy platform, including course administration, content updates, user management and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Marketing colleagues on digital campaigns, newsletters, email marketing and other online communication activities.
  • Support SEO initiatives and website improvements to increase online visibility, customer engagement and lead generation.
  • Monitor and analyse website traffic, digital campaign performance and customer engagement, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Publish news, product updates, event announcements and other corporate content across relevant digital channels.
  • Coordinate merchandising and promotional materials, including supplier communication, ordering, stock management and regional requests.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing, website content management, marketing communications or a similar role.
  • Good understanding of content management systems, SEO principles and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with Contentful, Dynamics 365, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret digital performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple activities and collaborate across functions and countries.
  • Proactive, creative and eager to learn new digital technologies and marketing practices.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
